Heritage Trail (along Lacamas Lake) - Mountain BikingRode from home up to this trail and then down the trail and back. It was cold and very foggy this morning, I couldn't even see half-way across the lake. I didn't dress warm enough and the cold and wet was nasty. The trail was still beautiful and I saw lots of runners.

Lower Falls Hike in Lacamas Park - HikingToday we took the kiddos on this hike for about the millionth time (they like it), and the two year-old made it the whole way down and about half-way back. It was a beautiful, sunny October day in the Northwest.

Ponytail Falls to Oneonta Gorge - HikingOur first hike with all three kiddos. The baby relaxed in the front pack with Mom, and the two year-old rode in the backpack on Dad. The six year old led the way. Beautiful sunny day, lots of people. The falls are more impressive in the spring, but it was interesting to see how they change.
